Works with team of leaders to ensure the following:

• Guests receive a remarkable experience from team members
• Team members are working in an encouraging environment that is warm, fun, and friendly
• The restaurant staff stays productive
• Will directly impact interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Manage shifts, which include daily decision-making, staff support, daily set-up 
• A safe work behavior to maintain a safe environment for both guests and crew members
• Monitor daily activities to ensure quality food
• Cleanliness standards are upheld
• Bring ideas to the table that will enhance the guest experience or work environment
• Motivate team to achieve goals that are set with the leadership team
